At Ghetto Photo, we are always looking for passionate people ready to document truth, support communities, and amplify voices that rarely get heard. Join us in the field or behind the scenes — every skill matters.

Requirements

What we look for in our volunteers:

  • Passion for visual storytelling, documentary work, or community outreach.
  • Basic photography, video, or writing skills (professional experience not required)
  • Ability to work in challenging environments with limited resources
  • Respect for the dignity and privacy of the people we document
  • Commitment to truth, ethics, and cultural sensitivity
  • Willingness to collaborate with a small, mission-driven team
  • Physical availability to travel to the field when needed
  • Own camera or recording equipment is a plus, but not mandatory
